The new owners of this historic Saint Paul duplex wanted to upgrade all the buildings mechanicals and restore the tuckpointing, modernize electrical, etc - all the things nobody ever sees. Our job was to help them after these upgrades to stage the space for prospective tenants for both duplex units.

While most duplexes are marketed vacant or with previous tenant furnishings, this was a unique property. Each unit feels like a standalone Mac Groveland mansion. These spaces needed to show off a sense of opulence and stately beauty to connect to their history and help tenants looking in a premium price bracket imagine putting down roots.

Use of antique furniture, fine oil paintings, generous silk rugs, and careful airy layouts showed these two mansions off for what they were!
