Historic Gem

helping a Saint Anthony Park Victorian shine

This stunning hilltop 1904 Victorian was loved by just four families in its long history. With a south-facing layout, we saw a major opportunity to take advantage of ample natural light and help draw attention to historic details that are so rare these days - especially the unique stained glass and the elegant original woodwork.

Over its history, this house’s four bedrooms were fully utilized by growing families with children, juggling work from home. That made for some very packed spaces that didn’t show off the size of the large living room, dining room and bedrooms. Vacant pictures failed to capture the light or demonstrate a sense of scale.

We were brought in to make this home feel as elegant as it did the day it was built and show off all the generous proportions of every room. We used high contrast and open minimal layouts to help the photographer capture the light and show buyers how much space this house has to offer.
